CAMPUS PLANNING

Campus Planning services are provided for campus development. The services include the following:

• Management of development and implementation of the Master Plan (land use, building sites, streets, etc.)
• Management and coordination of Design Review through Campus Committees
• Coordination with Project Management and Construction
• Coordination with local government entities and neighborhoods
• Strategic planning (institutional and departmental)
• Coordination with infrastructure planning and projects (utilities and streets)
• Planning, predesign and schematic design services for all Capital Projects
• Management and coordination of Campus Interior Design needs
• Management and coordination of Campus landscape and site amenities
